Previously served as Chief of Staff at Imbue and Sourceress (YC S17). Established "Ali Rohde Jobs," a newsletter with 18K+ subscribers focusing on Chief of Staff and BizOps roles. Started her career as Communications Director to Rep. Josh Gottheimer (NJ-5), supporting his 2018 re-election. Graduated magna cum laude from Amherst College with degrees in mathematics, economics, and English. Named to Forbes 30 under 30 in 2023.

Co-founder and CEO of Imbue (Series B, NVIDIA-backed). Previously co-founded Sourceress (YC S17). Served as first Chief of Staff at Dropbox, managing expansion from 300 to 1500 employees. Active Sequoia Scout investor since 2016. Earned bachelor’s and master’s in EECS from MIT, working at MIT Media Lab. Forbes 30 under 30 honoree (2020).

Published machine learning research, led infrastructure at fintech unicorn Addepar, and mentored Thiel Fellows. Holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in computer science from University of Pittsburgh.
