Rohde was previously the Chief of Staff at Imbue and Sourceress (YC S17). She is the founder of Ali Rohde Jobs, a 10K+ subscriber weekly newsletter curating the top Chief of Staff and BizOps roles. She started her career as the Communications Director to Rep. Josh Gottheimer (NJ-5), helping him win his first re-election campaign in 2018. She graduated magna cum laude with degrees in math, economics, and English from Amherst College. Rohde was named to Forbes 30 under 30 2023.

Qiu is the co-founder and CEO of Imbue, a Series B startup building agents reason and code, backed by NVIDIA. She previously co-founded Sourceress (YC S17), applying machine learning to recruiting. Before Sourceress, Qiu served as the first Chief of Staff at Dropbox, helping grow the company from 300 to 1500 people. She has been investing as a Sequoia Scout since 2016. She received a bachelor's and master's EECS from MIT, where she worked at the MIT Media Lab. Qiu was named to Forbes 30 under 30 2020.

Albrecht is the co-founder and CTO of Imbue, a Series B startup building agents reason and code, backed by NVIDIA. He previously co-founded Sourceress (YC S17), applying machine learning to recruiting, and CloudFab, a 3D injection molding software company that was acquired. He published machine learning research under Dr. Rebecca Hwa, led infrastructure at fintech unicorn Addepar, and served as a Thiel Fellow mentor. Josh received his bachelor's and master's in computer science from the University of Pittsburgh.

Theo is Outset Capital's Chief Happiness Officer, on hand for every potluck and community event. Though still a puppy, Theo has made a difference in both our partners' and our founders' lives.
